MULTIPLE DIAMETERS – ONE TOOL

We produce curved profiles with variable diameters defined during the design stage. Our advanced extrusion technology enables multiple diameters to be achieved using a SINGLE TOOL, significantly reducing initial tooling investment costs. Our round profiles can be supplied either as single closed rings or in continuous spiral form, STARTING FROM ⌀ 400 mm — a technically demanding diameter that is extremely challenging to achieve in the extrusion industry, demonstrating our advanced manufacturing expertise.

REDEFINING CURVED EXTRUSIONS

We have developed a proprietary extrusion solution that enables the production of circular profiles with curvature in both longitudinal and transverse directions, offering greater design flexibility and eliminating the need for secondary forming processes.
